A SMALLER GAP BETWEEN INBOX & ORDER SHEET

The order stays familiar.
The handoff gets clearer.

The first version has a deliberately narrow job: help your team prepare an order sheet they can check.

01

Bring your catalogue

Start with a CSV of your products, SKUs and units. We agree how packs and product names are represented.

02

Paste the customer’s order

Copy the text from an email or message to prepare suggestions for catalogue items, quantities and units.

03

Review, then export

Check every proposed match, resolve missing details, and export the reviewed rows as a CSV for your existing process.

A question mark belongs on the sheet.

Product nicknames. Mixed pack sizes. “Same as last time.” The plan is to surface these details for a person to resolve, with the original order close at hand.

No automatic stock changes, pricing decisions, order acceptance, or ERP writes.

THE PLANNED TECHNOLOGY

Structured suggestions.
Human decisions.

We’re preparing OrderTidy with Jev, TypeSafe’s structured-decision model.

The planned integration would help propose matches against a supplied catalogue and defined order fields. We have not yet evaluated Jev on customer orders; the alpha is where we’ll test whether the approach is useful.

Decide from there.

A small, paid engagement to explore the workflow with your team and see whether the reviewed output fits the way you work.

HELP SHAPE THE FIRST VERSION

Could this fit
your order desk?

Tell us how orders reach your team and what happens next. We’re looking for small wholesalers and distributors to help shape a focused private alpha.

Applying is nonbinding. It does not reserve a place, guarantee access, or commit you to the paid pilot.

THE EARLY-ACCESS APPLICATION

A little context.
A useful conversation.

We’ll ask for your work email, company, role, monthly order volume, current process and interest in the proposed €249 pilot.

Open the form in a new tab

The application is hosted by Tally and opens only when you choose. Please don’t include customer orders, catalogue files, credentials or other confidential information. How we handle your information.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Before you send an order.

Can I use OrderTidy today?

We’re preparing a private alpha. This page collects applications and interest in an assisted pilot; a self-service application is not available yet. There is no promised launch date.

Will it connect to our email, WhatsApp or ERP?

The initial scope is a catalogue CSV, pasted order text, human review and CSV export. Direct inbox connections, messaging integrations and ERP writes are outside this alpha.

Does our team still check the result?

Yes. The proposed matches are drafts. Your team checks the product, quantity and unit, resolves ambiguity, and approves the output before using it.

Is this only for food distributors?

No. We’re exploring the workflow with small wholesalers and distributors across product categories. The illustrated food order is fictional; catalogue suitability is something we’ll discuss before a pilot.

Am I signing up for a subscription?

No. The proposed €249 offer is a two-week assisted pilot, not a recurring plan. Applying is free and nonbinding. Scope, terms and tax treatment must be agreed before any paid work starts.

Should I send a real order or catalogue now?

Not in the application form. We’ll agree any sample sharing, anonymisation, handling and retention before asking for business data.
